Monica Nicolescu is a certified professional coach with expertise in psychology of peak performance. She accompanies middle and top managers looking for a continuous development of their skills and abilities in career, professional and personal life.
Monica’s analytical experience combined with her natural skills in carefully listening to people and encouraging them to live their life fully creates a unique combination of passion and pragmatism in her work as coach. She always brings positive energy into coaching relationship and sustains her clients in their actions to achieve their desire objectives.
She also facilitates workshops to develop leadership skills, coaching skills and change management, assisting companies in creating a coaching-based organization culture. She is Associate Professor at the Academy of Economic Studies, the Romanian-French MBA Program INDE, facilitating the Career Development module. From 2013 until 2017she has been thePresident of International Coach Federation Romania.
She is the mother of two boys with whom she travels, explore and discover daily the beauty of childhood and life.
Monica graduated from Academy of Economic Studies, specializing in Economy Informatics, Cybernetics and Statistics. Other relevant courses: “Psychology of Peak Performance”, “Leadership and Conflict Resolution” at Stanford University Continuum Studies. She is certified in “Situational Leadership II” training program, developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies®.
She is Certified Professional Coach with International Coach Academy and Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation (ICF). She also finished courses for Team Coaching approach and Mindfulness Fundamentals.
